He is a lowly king. King only wants to move the Skull Servants up the food chain. He however is often too weak to do anything about it, and instead flips people off every time he sees them, much like Skull Servant 12.

He can talk, though his speech is often broken and backwards. It can sometimes be hard to understand him the first time until you get used to his speech. Sometimes its necessary to be asked to repeat himself.

Like Skull Servant 12, he will follow people around until something is given to him. If he gets irritated at someone, he takes off his left arm and slaps them with it. No matter who he hits, it isn't deadly (unless several Skull Servants are destroyed), but it stings...a lot.

History:

Believe it or not, he had once been a citizen of Kul Elna. He was the first of the Skull Servants created, and was made their king, and was also made king of a few of the weaker zombies (mostly Normal Monster Zombies).

A strange part of that was that when he was sacrificed as a human for the Millennium Items, he had only been a toddler; this doesn't make him very qualified, but strangely he has done a wonderful job with what he had. That really says what the other Skull Servant's had between their ears.

He has tried to move the Skull Servants up, and has managed to do so.
