Kayori when not in her robe, wears a jet black version of the Meister Uniform. On the back is a Red Emblem of the Six Samurai, the symbol of Lord Shien's court. Her light violet eyes shine through the night, and her bright red hair flows down to her thighs. And in her left ear is her GEM, the Bushido Beryl.

Personality (Required):

Kayori is a cheery and fun loving kind of girl more often than not. However, when the situation arises, she becomes the warrior everyone knows she can be. She takes her position in Shien's Court with pride and responsibility, and is at times troubled by the difficulty of her current sexuality.

History:

Kayori grew up in the village of Korashi, one of the villages that is under the rule of the Great Shogun Shien. At a young age she knew she wanted to be part of her lord Shien's court...inspired by the deeds of first Zanji...and then by the deeds of Shien's Court. Kayori wanted to do all she could to become a loyal member of his court. It was then she was presented with an opportunity she could not pass up. She had heard of the legendary Garderobe Academy, and felt that in her heart that was her way into Lord Shien's Court. Her parents saved all they could, and eventually was able to pay the money to send Kayori to Garderobe.

When she arrived she accepted the terms of becoming an Otome, and started on the path to her dream.

During her stay at Garderobe she met two girls that would become important figures in her life, both as friends...and as lovers. The first was the girl that would be her roommate and fellow coral at the time, Kaede, who would later become the Incandescent Amber Otome. The second is the girl would become both her and Kaede's Onii-chan, Eiko, who would later become the Evanescent Sunstone Otome, the Otome of the Northswain.

Kayori had enjoyed her time at Garderobe and from day one strived to be the absolute best she could be. Drawing out potential that many had not seen recently, many thought that Kayori would make an excellent Otome. However, her time at Garderobe would not be without challenges and strife. During this time, Kayori, would be faced by many challenges both in and out of Garderobe. In school, there was a small gang of girls who tried to push out competition...but with the help of Kaede and Eiko and a few of the others in their Class, Kayori and her friends were able to make it through.

Eiko had graduated first and was honored by her choosing as the Northswain's Otome by her Master, Ashe the Northswain Monarch.

It was after Eiko graduated that Kayori would meet Alicia. She had helped her get out of the trouble she was in...and had helped her find a place she could live. It was during this time that she would end up taking Alicia as a lover as well.

A few months later, Kayori continued to work hard for her her dreams, hoping that Lord Shien would not pick another as his Otome. It was during a training session with Kaede that Kayori would receive the news she could only think was a dream. She was chosen as a Meister Otome...to none other than the Great Shogun himself.

For hours, Kayori celebrated in many of the ways she could after hearing the good news. Her hard work and training had finally paid off...though she realized that it meant that she was leaving Kaede behind and it meant leaving Alicia behind...two of the people she loved and cared about over the time here at Garderobe. She had missed Eiko for the longest time since she graduated and only heard from her sparingly. But now she was going to end up doing the same to Kaede.

Wishing Kaede the best and leaving her with a pendant that had been her good luck charm through Garderobe, Kayori went to her Meister Ceremony and accepted her position as the Great Shogun's Bushido Beryl Otome.

She now currently lives in the Castle of Mist, training and honing her arts, while all this time thinking of Eiko and Kaede..while keeping some of her new tendancies as quiet as possible for she felt they distracted her from her duties.
