Compared to how she was years ago, she is alot more open and doesn't keep to herself as much. Though she's over her loss against Vyx, the subject of Shadow Duels and anything having to with them is still a touchy subject, and her health had become a bit frail as the years passed by...a possible side effect of the Shadow magic that nearly doomed her. Despite this, however, she's always in high spirits. The one thing that hasn't change is that she is prone to falling asleep at obscure times and locations, and is anything but a morning person

History:

There isn't much about Setsuna that's different or exciting. She is a somewhat tall and cheerful girl who used to keep to herself, but has opened up alot more over the years. Details about her family are, for the most part, unknown, other than the fact that her father died when she was very little and she has a younger brother. Durring her time at the academy, whenever she wasn't in class or eating, she was almost always asleep, unless she found someone to talk to. This had led many to believe her to be lazy...she preferred to call it "very relaxed". For a while, she enjoyed a brief relationship with Eureka DarkWings, however, it didn't last long, as the two rarely got to see each other. Things began to look up, however, when she met Linnis Takasei. Though she and Eureka were still together when they met, she took an immediate liking to her. After things with Eureka ended, she finally acted on her feelings and went to be with the one she felt was the one she was meant to be with. The time they spent together was the happiest time of her life. Things took a sudden turn for the worse, however. Her pride insulted, she engages in a Shadow duel against a man named Vyx and loses. Though she is saved from having her soul being sent into the Shadow Realm at the last second, the experience left an emotional scar. She became timid and paranoid, the slightest sound or tap on her shoulder would make her jump and cower in fear. She also developed a severe case of nyctophobia, refusing to go into any dark areas or turn her lights out, even while she slept. She lived in constant fear that Vyx would come to finish her off, and her condition steadily got worse, so to the point that only Linnis was able to ease her fears...even then, it was only slight. However, her condition took a sharp turn for the better, thanks to some magic from Morgan, and a little tough love from her younger brother, Kyosuke. Her condition gradually improved, though she was nowhere near the same, as she still feared Vyx. As such, she, with extreme reluctance, decided to leave the island, in hopes of finding a way to put the past behind her. For the two years that followed, she constantly battled her greatest adversary...herself. Two years later, she arrived in Domino City, reborn and mostly back to her old self. Although, for the most part, she has put the incident with Vyx behind her, Setsuna is still affected by it. Soon after her return, she was married to Linnis and adopted two beautiful girls with her, Lucia and Noss. For a while, they lived happily in Domino for a while, though Setsuna began to feel useless. Unlike her wife, she didn't have much to look forward to after her days at the academy ended. Being a dropout at Duel Academy, on top of which she was only a Slifer throughout most of her time there, didn't really look good on a resume. Thus, she shifted from one boring part-time job to another, at least attempting to do her part to provide for the family. Eventually, the family moved to San Melina, and, hit with a bit of inspiration, Setsuna opened up a small sandwich shop downtown, and, though her heath has become somewhat frail over the years, she enjoys it greatly. Occasionally she, for old time's sake, engages in a friendly duel, and has been teaching Lucia how to play the game.

Her favorite food is a medium rare steak. She also loves fish and the occasional bowl of Ramen. Her favorite drink is green tea and, occasionally, some amazake (sweet sake), though she's a light drinker and only handle a little bit.
