On the outside, Amy appears to be the type who follows rules and does her part to enforce them. However, the truth is she has formed her own view of what is right and wrong and is willing to do anything in her power to accomplish her goals. She easily makes enemies of those who would do harm to others or oppose her viewpoint. To those that she befriends, she's a deeply caring person, perhaps too caring. Known to involve herself in situations that would normally not have anything to do with her for the sake of doing what is 'right', she often finds herself in various predicaments. She's not afraid to do whatever it takes in order to punish those who break the rules she believes in, even if her methods may seem unethical or immoral to anyone else. However this is all merely her public self, as she becomes an entirely different person behind closed doors. Due to the conditions of her upbringing, she is what is known as an Infantilist; someone who acts, and dresses, like an infant as a means of escaping the stresses of real life.

History:

Amy was raised in a very strict household, taught to follow rules to the letter and to never question authority, however this was at the cost of having a normal childhood against her wishes. This method of raising their daughter worked as her parents had seemingly planned until she reached the age of 13 and she started to wonder why people were allowed to get away with things based on technicalities and by bending those same rules she was raised to follow exactly. When she brought these questions to her parents, they dismissed her concerns as being badly influenced by her friends at school and promptly removed her from public schooling. Over the following months she secretly did her own studies into the histories of people who fought for the greater good using their own rules, and become legends for it. One subject of note was how many people were famous because of a card game called Duel Monsters.

However, during those same studies she stumbled across various websites that claimed to have a way to relive lost childhoods by way of allowing oneself to 'regress' mentally to an age one desired. Either by accident or on purpose, Amy eventually started acting more and more infantile and found she enjoyed it, and so she secretly acting out the fantasy of being a baby whenever she knew she had the house to herself. Her parents were none the wiser about it, as it was pretty clear to Amy what would happen should they find out. As time went on she began to secretly purchase items that babies often used, and wore, to aid in her fantasy life. Thanks to this method of relaxing, she was able to tolerate her parent's 'Iron Hand' method of upbringing.

Opposite her secret life, she began to study the game of Duel Monsters and began to work on building several decks of her own. After several months, she convinced her parents to enroll her in a San Melina private school, except she secretly switched the school's application with one for San Melina Dueling Academy. Knowing she would get in unfathomable trouble should her parents discover her trick, she quickly gathered up her items and moved to San Melina, taking residence in her new room, which she luckily had all to herself.

Two years have passed without incident, and she was now a third year student. Over the years, she had sent letters to her parents and hoped they would not decide to visit by telling them how constantly busy she was with her studies, something they would certainly not want to disrupt. During her time at SM Academy, she has made several friends among both the faculty and student body, however, none knew of the secret life she had, and she had no intention of making it public knowledge anytime soon.
