Well, it's been about a week and a half since we re-opened San Melina Academy to the public, and I'm pleased at how many people we have here in such a short time. It's great that we have a mxture of both old and new faces here and I can tell that the site has the makings of being great.
Of course, the mod staff can only anticipate so much, and since some of us are still getting our legs under us (guilty!) we'd appreicate any contributions anyone has.
Don't get me wrong, the mod staff has an idea of a forum-wide plot starting up fairly soon, but we want to hear what you guys (and girls) think; what you would like to see in the coming months.
Just as a heads-up, here are some things I feel we have to put out in blatant terms:
member-created cards: in the 1st iteration of San mel we had custom cards, made and reviewed by the members. I presonally love the idea but we've learned that thigns can and often do get out of control very quickly so we won't be repeating this.
Magical items/trinkets: The mod staff has some groundwork laid out for this, and without going into much detail I can safely say there will be something coming.
H-board: Umm... probably no. As much as people have requested it, it flies directly in the face of Proboards' ToS, and the last thing we want is getting the site locked up and everyone booted off. It's not definitely out, but I'd feel a lot better if you all keep things to yourselves, and use fades to black if you absolutely must.
Flying porpoises of death with laser beams: ...no comment.
