"I need not leave, Young Master." She turned to him. "What is your name?"

"I'm DJ." He smiled and extended a hand friendily. "And you?"

"Licht-Van de Zonde." She took his hand and shook it in an unsure way.

He smiled and returned the shake a bit more confidently. "Nice to meet you Miss Licht-Van." He chuckled softly.

"I know not what to say at this time." She stood there with her normal blank face.

He smiled and laughed softly at her manner of speaking. "Were you employed in private cleaning services before? Is that why you talk the way you do?"

"I've never been employed before. I am simply speaking in the manner of which I was raised. Is there error in my speech?" She put a hand up to hover over her mouth.

"No, no not at all, like I said before, it's just... different, nothing wrong with that." He shrugged. "You talk like a maid is all, just wondering if that was from being a maid before coming to clean at the school, but I suppose some families just raise people differently."

"I have talked like this out of habit. My home does not speak like this to one another." Licht-Van tilted her head to one side ever so slightly.

"But you said you were raised in that manner of speech, if it wasn't your household, then who was it?" DJ questioned, getting ever more confused by the second.

"Do the people you hang out with not influence your speech?" She readjusted her skirt.

"I suppose they do in a small way." He smiled warmly. "I'm sure that's true for almost everyone, some more than other however." He shrugged. "Who did you 'hang out with' that gave you that manner of speaking?" He questioned, finding the fact that she used that term to be out of her normal pattern.

"My servants." She blinked at him.

"Ah." He smiled again. "So it wasn't that you were working amonst them, you were simply around them so much that it just caught on?"

'' Look out! '' cried a soft voice as a cart filled with books suddenly sped past both of them. A lady with long brown hair was chasing after it, however she was at least twenty feet behind. When the cart crashed into the wall she sighed and turned towards the two. '' I'm so sorry, Really I am, I was trying to move those books to some classes, but then I had to go down wards, and the cart just... '' she paused and took a breath '' Slipped out of my hand, are any of you hurt? ''.

"They were my dearest friends." Licht-Van looked at the woman and stared at her. "That was unfortunate; I am not all wrong, am I?" She bent down and started to pick up the books.

Roxxan looked at Licht. '' No it's ok it's my fault they fell, I'll clean it up '' she said smiling softly.

DJ smiled and helped them pick up the books, ignoring what the girl said. "No, it's alright, it was an accident, no one was hurt." He grinned warmly.

"I am to clean; I am maid." Licht-Van continued to clean up.

DJ smiled warmly. That was a simplistic way of looking at things, but a good one nonetheless. "Yeah, if there's a mess, we can't help but help clean it." He chuckled softly as he helped gather the books.
