*door opens, Will peeks in, and blinks, before disappearing*
*He then walks out*
"Uh, hello.. so it looks like the mantle for this little extra is now mine, and Mr. Pegasus has asked me to host this.. so.. uh.. lets take a look at a card.. hmm"
*searches pockets, and opens briefcase."
"Ah ha! Here is a nice beauty, just came off the assembly line too.. don't really know why we have an assembly. But here, take a look."
Living Armor - Lower Body
Level 5 Dark/Rock/Fusion 1500/2900
Living Armor - Cursed Greaves + Living Armor - Cursed Boots
This card can be Special Summoned from your Fusion Deck by removing from play the above cards on your side of the field. (You do not use "Polymerization"). As long as this card is in play, any Battle Damage to is reduced by half.
"This card comes to us from the genius mind of our own Setsuna Takasei, found in her
Cursed Armor set. Oh right, sorry, I forgot to mention that Industrial Illusion will not realease images of cards that are not yet released. So I still only have the prototype. Anyways, this card here is a pretty nice Fusion monster. What it lacks in ATK it makes up in DEF, and is a very nice buffer for the next level card, Living Armor - Cursed Knight Dullahan."
"This card plays perfectly the idea of a heavy defense, as many players seem to forget that while damage is good, its not exactly good on you. In addition to the high Defense points it has, its special effect also ensure that any damage coming at you wont be so bad, greatly increasing the change of this card's survival. I mean, you are going to need a monster with at least 3000 atk to get rid of this little devil to cause damage, and if you happen to be unlucky enough to see it in defense mode... well.. I don't see this card disappearing anytime soon due to battle damage. Plus, this is certainly a good fusion monster to have, as it is one of the few that do not require the pesky little Polymerization card, making this a nice addition to defense in a tight spot."
"On the negative side, like I said, this card is heavy on defense, which means that it has a low attack, and therefore not very effective doing damage at all. As for the monsters required for its fusion, by themselves they can be pretty good as a buffer on the field, however they are still relatively easy to counter or neutralize, and unfortunatly preventing this card's arrival. The bggest negative is while this card is a mighty force against monster, it is easily affected by spell and trap cards."
"Now, what is my suggestion? If you want this card to be a prominent force in your barrage, I would recommend spells and traps to counter the opponent's spells and traps. Obviously you woudl want to get an equally strong monster to do heavy damage, but at the same time, a card or too that forces the opponent to attack this monster would do wonders, ensuring that your damage conitnues while your defense holds. If we look to the set its from, then the object of the deck is to first get out the top monster, Cursed Knight Dullahan, and from there use the Cursed Weapons as Union monsters to make for a tought monster to beat. As long as you take the correct precautions to keep this card on the field until you're ready to use it for your Knight, this monster is defense a wall on the field, and will ensure your lifepoints remain untouched by your opponent's monsters."
"All in all, I would give this card a solid 8/10, 8 only because by itself, this card might not be able to last with a spell-heavy deck, but still, with the right support cards, that countered."
"So, what do you think? This CC of the Day may turn into every other day.. or a few days.. I can't see it yet.. but I'll see exactly what happens. Let me know what you think of this card, or any cards earlier, and if you would like me to rate your own cards, then send a message and I'll look into it. I mean, I have the database access to every card Industrial Illusions has made. If its not here, it probably doesn't exist. Cheers!"
